“Overall a very good holiday”
The hotel was fantastic, however, we chose to stay in a bungalow which was a big mistake! It was like entering the black hole of Calcutta - dark, dingy, dirty and in need of a serious make-over. On complaining to reception staff we were told the Bungalows were all the same but we were offered another one which was certainly not the same. Still very dark, but cleaner with more furniture inside with slightly better facilities and décor.
The complex was otherwise very clean, and such an amazing choice of food - something for everyone.
We don't think we will return in view of the fact we feel we were charged 5* prices for very sub-standard accommodation
