“Acapulcpo resort has become too big and has lost its personal touch”
On arriving in the early hours of the morning, there wasn't anyone to explain that a complimentry sandwich was supplied, but no drink.
Beautiful clean swim pools and beaches.
However if you didn't get to pool side early there was no sun beds
We had to move three rooms due to air con problems.
The Buffett for breakfast and evening meal although vast choice was lilke a "free for all" and really aimed at the Eatern Europeans. .Generaly service very slow.nothing for teenage children to do. The fair ground rides for the younger children where extra 4tl (approx £1.50each child each ride)
No pool side waiters .
Overall we as a family very dissapointed and would not stay there again , but excellent for a day vist approx 25tl, although they don't like ypou bringing in yopur own drinks n food, which is expensive on site.
