We were looking for a cheap getaway in north Cyprus somewhere that was decent enough but not fancy and we found Topset House on the gonorthcyprus website. We booked in for a week and were pleased to find the hotel in such a great location, overlooking the beach and the sea. Our room was basic but attractive and spacious, cleaned every day, and the hotel grounds and pool area are well kept. We were impressed by the good selection on offer at breakfast and ate at the hotel other times too, the price was excellent on the 3-course set menu. Staff were friendly and work hard, especially at the bar, and the receptionists are chatty and pleasant. Set away from town, the hotel is peaceful but be aware you will need to take a bus or taxi into Kyrenia to explore. Good value overall.
