“Definitely not a 5 star hotel”
I was very disappointed especially with a lack of English speaking staff. I found it really hard to communicate. The laundry services are absolutely useless, the gym opens late (but it's really well equipped). The food is very nice, with a wide selection of fresh vegetables and salads.
The rooms were nice and clean.
Everything was good apart from the hospitality of the employees. Everything was done with a huge effort and it made me feel really uncomfortable each and every time when I had to ask for something.
