My wife and I stayed at Pia Bella recently after getting a good deal from our agent gonorthcyprus. We'd read the recent reviews and the hotel sounded ideal for us - nothing too fancy but not basic either. When we arrived the staff were lovely and friendly, in fact they were great for the duration of our stay and always helpful in giving advice and information. Our room was good and looked newly renovated, nice walk-in shower. Some work was still going on during our stay but you have to expect that out of season. There are two great pools and breakfast is wonderful, such a good variety of different things to eat and well prepared, omelettes were great. Nice to see the manager on hand speaking directly to guests, always show a level of customer service when that happens. Overall a pleasant trip at a good price.
