“Palm beach tries hard to please”
All in all my wife a and I had an enjoyable 9 days at the Palm Beach. Standard of cleanliness ,attitude of staff,food ,all first class.Just a few quibbles, the bed was really hard,not a problem for me but my wife has a hip problem so not good for her, the management laid down an extra duvet on the bed so improved matters. The sheets were a bit rough on skin,and the towelling dressing gowns very heavy and also a bit course.Tea making facilities in the room would have been appreciated.
There was a block booking of 40 or so guests from Turkey that brought down the standard of service and food while they were present but things went back to normal the next day when they left.
Would certainly stay again (when no groups booked) and not during bayram holidays.
