Overall a good holiday but certain things could be improved. The Hotel seems to be under a refurb but the pool areas and sunbeds are very tired and in need of urgent attention.

When we went for breakfast regardless of time, there were many tables not laid out for guests, despite the fact that there was several members of staff that appeared to be doing nothing. These members of staff did not wear white shirts but coloured shirts which seemed to indicate a higher rank ?

The Entertainment team was very poor, and disappeared completely before the end of our holiday, which was not really a bad thing as they only seemed to have 3/4 tracks of music.

The hotel is a Turkish 4 star hotel no more no less, the location is good for the town, most of the staff seemed friendly, the drinks/snack bar prices reasonable, and we would return at some point over the next few years.

The room did not appear to get cleaned very thoroughly, as there was paper under the lounge area cupboard when we arrived and was still there when we left. The shower plughole was also blocked, and the aircon unit dripped water everywhere.
