We had a 2 level gallery room which was really nice with a beautiful sea view. The beds could have been more comfortable. We were the first guests after a full renovation of the room. 2 of the 3 outdoor pools were open but unfortunately the wave pool wasn't open and the small beach was being worked on. We found that there was enough variety at the breakfast buffet that there was no need to eat the same thing each day unless you wanted to and not everything was available every day. I saw other reviews that complained about the cost of the fresh orange juice. We sat near the juice station one day and it takes a few oranges to make one glass of juice so the cost isn't unreasonable. We didn't have the dinner buffet included in our booking but did eat there a few times, I didn't like having to paid extra for beverages on top of the buffet rate. We saw the information that said you couldn't take any food or beverages to the room including outside bottled water. However, we saw many people openly carry bags of snacks, water and pop to their rooms and we did as well which was a good thing as we had used the 2 small water bottles and one can of pop from the bar fridge and they were never replaced during the 9 days we were there. It was annoying that you need to purchase a card for wifi which only worked in the lobby, not in the rooms. It should be free in the lobby at least. There is also a daily charge for the safe. The pool deck surfaces are rough and not very clean. The spa rates seemed high to us. Staff were friendly and helpful but we did have a problem with receiving phones messages. We seemed to be almost the last room to get maid service so sometimes it seemed they ran out of things before they got to us so we almost ran out of toilet paper and didn't get a bath mat one day and had to wait for towels. The maids always seem to be in our room when we were there around 5 to 6. They do work as a team so are in and out really fast.
