The customer care we received from the guest relations before we arrived was great, we had some requests before we arrived and they were all taken care of just as we asked.

On arrival at the hotel, we were given our keys and were upgraded to lovely 2 level seaview rooms right next door to each other which was a lovely start to our holiday. The complex was very large and everywhere was very clean. It was very clear that things were a bit run down and outdated around the complex, which was a shame to see as we had not expected it from the photos but nevertheless it was a very friendly resort which offered us just what we needed to have a lovely relaxing holiday and we will recommend the hotel to everyone we know that is interested in visiting Cyprus.

The only point we could say is that the website and photos are very misleading, because it tells about services and facilities that aren't available which is false advertising (no a la carte restaurant, fitness complex, beach parties, the photos are very old & the reality is not the same such as the tennis court, lobby & entrance to the hotel). It would be better to reflect the reality more on the website to avoid people being disappointed when they stay in the hotel. The beach is also disappointing for Cyprus because it's a manmade one in a harbour and the sand has been imported which is very dirty brown in colour and there is a lot of rubbish in the sea. It is a big contrast from the other beautiful white beaches that you find elsewhere in Cyprus & quite disappointing but the swimingpools were all fantastic, with pool bar for food & drinks. They were well maintained, clean and with lots of sunbeds.

Overall it was a wonderful holiday & the staff were excellent, friendly & helpful to us all & helped make our holiday one to remember. We would highly recommend this hotel to everyone wanting to visit Northern Cyprus.
