“Excellent historical location”
I'm a keen historian so when I discovered a new hotel was opening right by the Salamis ruins in North Cyprus I was first on the list to stay. I booked through GoNorthCyprus as I have done for other hotels in the past - I always receive excellent service and the price inclusive of transfers is very reasonable. The hotel promised to be luxurious and I was very impressed on arrival to find everything so clean and modern and the staff so welcoming. A benefit was the balcony - I only booked a single room so I wasn't expecting a balcony and it was a pleasant surprise, especially as it faced the ruins. I enjoyed exploring very much and became friendly with some of the other hotel guests, so we shared a hire car and got to know the area. The nearby beach is within walking distance, though, so we also spent quite a bit of time enjoying the sea views. Fantastic food in the hotel restaurant and a supermarket nearby for picking up essentials. Overall a most enjoyable trip in a lovely part of North Cyprus.
