We were lucky enough to stay at the newly opened Oscar Park Hotel and decided to leave a review of our first trip to North Cyprus. Having never stayed in this part of Cyprus before, we were excited to get to know the location and the GoNorthCyprus website seemed ideal for learning more as the company is known as a specialist in the area. We got a great deal on our stay when booking through the company and had the luxury of everything brand new, which was fantastic. The staff were very welcoming and our room was comfortable and well equipped. It was wonderful to be able to try traditional Turkish food in the restaurant and we were impressed by the standard of cooking. Outdoors there's a beautiful pool and a path down to the gorgeous and secluded beach, while further in the distance are the ruins of Salamis, which we found really interesting when we visited on a day trip. There's a supermarket a short walk away and you can get into Famagusta easily by taxi, the hotel will call one for you. Very nice relaxed ambience overall, a couple of good bars and not too far away from the action, we would gladly recommend Oscar Park for a relaxing break.
