Noah's Ark Deluxe Hotel Review - 1 of 9 Reviews
This is a hotel review for Noah's Ark Deluxe Hotel in Bafra, North Cyprus
“Noah's Ark was magical but not completely 'all inclusive.'”
At the end of last year, my largish family decided to book a holiday once the weather started getting warmer. We picked North Cyprus because none of us had been there and because we knew that compared to other places in Europe it would be warmer. My children saw the Noah's Ark Deluxe Hotel, Kyrenia and we literally had no choice but to book it! For peace of mind we booked through an agent- GoNorthCyprus.com. I spoke to Gary, who completely understood why the kids wanted Noah's Ark, but was also able to reassure us that the hotel would be ideal for our needs. He also warned us that certain items were chargeable, such as cakes outside of the allocated 2 hour tea time window. This was massively helpful, and I was really impressed with his honesty, because we were clued up when we got there and had no nasty surprises.
The Noah's Ark Hotel is situated in Famagusta in the Kyrenia region. It was pretty isolated as hotels go but because we were all inclusive and because the hotel had its own beach, which was great for the kids because the water was shallow for quite a way out, we didn't mind at all. There was never a moment where we felt like we needed to go anywhere else. The hotel had plenty of entertainment and facilities, including a casino, so we had more than enough things to do.
My favourite thing about the Noah's Ark Hotel was the accommodation. We had a bungalow rather than a room which was really spacious. As we travelled with other family members, we managed to get rooms close to one another, which was fab too. The children were amazed by the fact that all of the rooms joined together to make the shape of an ark.
Everything at the hotel was clean and well managed. The food was also pretty good for all-inclusive accommodation. The only downside to the hotel was the extra charges for certain food and drink but if you're pre-warned about this, I don't think it would be an issue.
Liked — the bungalow style room
Disliked — the extra charges
