Merit Park Hotel Review - 31 of 39 Reviews

This is a good hotel but it does need to make some changes to make it 5* . The staff on reception need to improve their English as I found communication with the staff there quite difficult. On arrvival late in the evening I was surprised not to be offered some refreshment either in the room or in the restaurant which one would expect from 5 star hotels.

Although tea and coffee making facilities were provided in the room , they did not provide milk which most English people take in their tea.

When I enquired about the shuttle bus to Kyrenia I was told that it was not running however when I said it was advertised the manager of guest relations arranged for a car to take us.

The best thing about this hotel is the staff they were all very pleasant, and very helpful they worked very hard to make your stay relaxed and enjoyable in particular Emma , Seviem

and Ishmail.
