“Amazing. Couldnt fault the staff. Amazing, friendly people”

The staff in this hotel were very obliging and went out of their way to help us. Firdevs Kaymak deserves a very special mention. She was exceptional and helped me beyond the call of duty. My family and I are extremely grateful to her. The time and effort she and the hotel staff put in that night was exceptional. The hotel was very clean, all staff are polite and helpful and the food is very nice. The poolside staff were always there to get me and my friends a drink. The human relations people were always helpful with ideas for going out and eating out.Thank you for a lovely, relaxing holiday

Liked — Helpful staff getting us drinks without being asked. Being very attentive
Disliked — Breakfast and dinner were too close so you werent always as hungry but it was a long wait till tea
