Merit Crystal Cove Hotel Review - 34 of 51 Reviews

This is a beautiful hotel, the rooms are large & comfortable, everywhere is kept really lovely & clean, plenty of spaces to sunbathe, on the beach with music, & water sports, or a quite decking area, the food had excellent choice, but the downside, I found most of the staff unfriendly, & not very helpful, also not many spoke very good english! & the singers they had couldn't really sing! & the night club, well it was fine when the singers finished as they put music on that you could dance to! So it lacks entertainment, it really is geared up for people who use the casino, we ended up hiring a car, otherwise think we would of gone mad!

Its a shame, as we had saved all year to stay here!

we stayed in mexico in an all exclusive hotel, & there was a always something going on, (if you wanted to join in) & it cost a lot less than what we paid here!
