This is a hotel review for Malpas Hotel in Kyrenia, North Cyprus

“Maybe not so much 5 Star nearer 4 Star!”

Our stay was for 7 nights from 31st July to 7th August,My Wife,Daughter and I had booked

one of the Saphire bungalows situated in the grounds of the hotel.

After a few teething problems mainly with the air-con and electricity we were moved to another adjacent bungalow which turned to be much better,this was handled in a very courteous and professional manner not only by reception staff but by porters and housekeeping alike.

The breakfast food was plentiful and varied and presented in a manner akin to a 5 Star Hotel

However it may be our particular food tastes but Dinner,again buffet style,we found to be not very good it also seemed almost impossible to attract the attention of waiting staff to serve us drinks who seemed more keen to clear tables than serve guests!

The pool and bar areas were immaculately clean and maintained to a very high standard with plenty fresh towels and helpful pool attendants to assist us .

Overall we enjoyed our stay and would consider returning again one day .
