This hotel is no way near the standard of 5 star. I would give it 3 at the most. We stayed for a week and have to say they didn't even change the sheets on the bed once. The cleaning was ok but the carpet in the room had stains all over it. They don't even supply free drinking water or tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms. This should be standard if it was 5 star. We had a problem with our safe and we had some money taken out of it. The hotel didnt even want to acknowledge the fact that this had happened and they pretended not to understand what we were trying to tell them. We thought the food was pretty bad too. We were on a half board basis but we ate out for dinner after the first 2 days as the food was cold and greasy. All in all, it is a hotel Ok for sleeping at but as far as anything else goes not great.
