This is a hotel review for Malpas Hotel in Kyrenia, North Cyprus
“Good quality hotel,bad service,staff”
Very good value for money.
However the rooms were not cleaned that well and cleaners would leave dirty or used shampoo bottles,conditioner etc... when they were replacing them everyday.
Restaurant staff were very unhelpfull and you would have to ask them few times to bring your drinks.Reception staff were not helpfull either.
It seemed that you get treated with extra care if you were a British which I found really disturbing as being not British and being treated different compared to British holidaymakers.
