This is a hotel review for Malpas Hotel in Kyrenia, North Cyprus

“Nice hotel but the room service was not that good”

We stayed there in May 2010 for four days. The hotel is really nice, so the pool, breakfast and dinner were really okay. The biggest minus: one member of the room service. We were all the day out of the room - breakfast, pool, lunch...., sometimes, when we picked up something from the room we saw here nearby. She wasnt friendly and in the end she never made the room. In the evening at 19 o clock we called the recepetion to send somebody to make the room.Very sad that only one member of the staff can kill your nice feeling in a nice place like this. The rest of the staff was very nice, helpful, friendly.
