“A quality hotel”
Our stay at the Malpas was for 1 week only but gave us a superb break
The hotel is of a very high quality with well appointed rooms and services
The only negative aspect was the level of service which did not quite match the quality of the premises. There was a distinct lack of process behind the services provided at the pool bar, restaurant and reception which resulted in somewhat chaotic levels of service but we still cannot fault the underlying enthusiasm of the staff to please.
Would we go back - a resounding YES!
