Long Beach Resort Hotel Review - 5 of 21 Reviews

We stayed at Long Beach 6th- 20th August. We stayed in a beach front bungalow and this is a must, well worth paying not much extra for this. Arrived at 11pm and was immediately sat down with a meal put in front if us within 5 minutes. Bungalows were clean and comfortable with maid service and towels changed everyday. Gardens and pool area were also very well kept. Could also get a poolside lounger any time of the day. We stayed half board. Food was ok, well cooked but not much choice, nothing specifically for kids. Entertainment was practically non existent on a evening - only one night a week which resulted in guests disappearing after their evening meal. Would definitely recommend hiring a car - £25 per day - minimum 3 days hire. We had one for most of our stay and had several meals out - Big Al's just up the road was very nice. The location was absolutely idyllic, beach to the front of bungalow and pool right outside your back door. All in all we had a fantastic relaxing holiday. Reasonably priced, fantastic location, lovely staff. If they gave more food choice and had entertainment every night this would have made our holiday perfect.
