“A great place despite being out of season”

We visited the LA hotel this month and it turned out to be a fantastic place. We were not expecting anything particular as it was a last minute booking, but actually found a very high quality service well above a lot of other hotels in the region I've stayed at previously. We selected a room facing the road as it provided a better view of sea and I'd say to anyone to try and get a good sea view- they have some lovely ones here. The LA hotel is situated in a very good location, close to the beach and within reach of local attractions

I was particularly impressed by tidy and clean rooms and fell the room sizes are more generous than they need to be. The hotel staff work hard to keep it clean and this is commendable as in many tourist spots not much attention is paid to cleanliness due to the sheer number of guests they have coming and going. Rooms are simple but spacious and room service is quite fast too. Wifi is free in lobby/reception area and there are many attractions for families with kids. Most of the people we encountered there were on family vacations and I'd recommend the LA hotel if you are planning to visit North Cyprus with your family/kids as they are very tolerant and amenable to the difficulties of young families.

The main thing which I enjoyed (being the time of year) was the indoor heated swimming pool which we used daily. You can have your lunch/dinner around the pool which is nice and relaxing too. There is also an outdoor swimming pool which is perfect if you want to enjoy a sea breeze. This was in itself a refreshing experience as for the first time I've used a sea side swimming pool.

Although March is a pretty cool month, we found plenty of things nearby to keep us busy and entertained. Generally, the hotel staff were quite professional and friendly and appeared quite happy to deal with any concerns.
