“Spacious Rooms”
The flight was interminable so we were happy to get to the hotel. The joy was short lived when we encountered the reception staff. They had very little English and weren't particularly welcoming. We thought we were in for a bad time of it until we reached our Junior Suite. The room saved our day as it was very clean and huge! The first luxury of our holiday! While giving this hotel a five star rating is too generous, a three more appropriate, we did have a good time. The restaurant had very pleasant staffing that was very helpful. The meals were appetising although the waiters were a bit overzealous with clearing our plates. We enjoyed the pool which is the reason we were on holiday. We were looking for a relaxing place to spend some romantic time together away from the children. We found it here during the week, but the weekends were terribly noisy. It seems the casino is very popular with the Turkish guests. They invade for the weekend much to the detriment of the other guests. Monday morning couldn't come too soon. We found the value of the room to be excellent. The most disappointing thing was there wasn't much in the way of ambience. Seeking a romantic getaway, this was not the best choice even though the beach and pool were very nice. I don't think we would go back although we had a decent time.
Liked — spacious Junior Suite, large bathroom, beach and pool
Disliked — reception staff, noisy weekends
