I've never used a travel agent to book a holiday before because I've always found doing it myself to be cheaper. However, as a one off, I decided to use www.gonorthcyprus as I knew very little about North Cyprus. Sue, the manager, dealt with my booking and I cannot praise her professionalism and knowledge enough! She got us a fab deal, with customer service you couldn't pay for! My wife and I decided to book to stay bed and breakfast at the Hotel Club Z, Kyrenia. After reading some bad reviews, we discussed our concerns with Sue but she made it very clear that it was the best hotel for our budget and although quite simple accommodation, we wouldn't have any nasty surprises. Sue was spot on! We had a very very tight budget and to even travel on that was a surprise! The Hotel Club Z was more than adequate for what we wanted: a comfortable bed and a very clean room. We stayed in the older part of the hotel which had recently had a fresh lick of paint and what looked like new beds, so really we had nothing to complain about. The breakfast at the Club Z was limited but all very fresh and tasty. We found the staff to be friendly and helpful too. Staying just out of season meant that the hotel wasn't crowded at all and this was a bonus. For my wife and me, the priority was to get away on holiday and to relax. Kyrenia is a beautiful place to visit and has so much to offer in terms of history and culture, as well as some amazing places to eat! Staying at the Hotel Club Z offered us a comfortable night's sleep and adequate breakfast. The rest of the holiday we spent exploring!
