I've just come back from my first holiday abroad with our two children and had the best time! I never thought I'd find a resort so perfect as North Cyprus and I never thought I'd find a hotel which catered for our every need! We booked through Mandy at Go North Cyprus and she told us that many families had recommended the hotel and I'm happy to say that we are now one of those families!

The Denizkizi Royal Hotel is in a brilliant location: a short distance away from the local shops and restaurants and it has its own beach which just made everything so easy for us. Our youngest is two and we needed to be somewhere where everything was a short walk away. The hotel's beach has excellent facilities and is very clean and because the hotel has so many families staying there, it felt really safe too.

Our room was really large, with lovely new facilities and the television was huge! (Not that we watched it that much.) The only negative we found was that on a couple of occasions, the local entertainment was quite loud so we had to shut the windows, however the room had air con so it didn't really matter.

The hotel grounds were stunning, with beautiful gardens and views and the pool was massive- something which pleased my eldest no end! We also found the food to be nice and fresh. In addition to its facilities, the best thing about the hotel was its friendly staff. Nothing was too much trouble, and they always seemed interested in your day. The hotel is fairly small so I'm sure that is why their attention to detail is so good.
