This is a hotel review for Colony Hotel in Kyrenia, North Cyprus
“Satisfactory”
The reception staff were unaware of the content of the service documnets in the rooms.
The reception staff were not fluent in English and had difficulty understanding my problems.
I was disappointed that there were no facilities for arranging tours of the area.
The third bed in our room was a temporary camp bed.
The staff were unable to locate a non slip mat for the shower for two days
The staff were unable to provide details of local church services
I was disappointed to find that the advertised shuttle to the beach was seasonal
Breakfast room was sometimes short of staff
