Citrus Tree Gardens Review - 5 of 29 Reviews

Have just returned from a fantastic short break at the Citrus Tree Gardens hotel in Kyrenai. The staff were all so so helpful and pleasant that is was really enjoyable from the moment we arrived the hotel. Its so refreshing to find cheerful hotel staff this time of year as its off season and sometimes things tend to drop off.

We stayed in what was referred to as a mini villa. It was clean comfortable and had plenty of room with a good sized lounge area, kitchen that included a fridge, and a bathroom with shower which was finished to a nice standard. The sleeping/bedrooms were decorated pleasantly and had really confortable beds! Each unit had its own area on a terrace that had plenty of room and some table and chairs available to use. Though this time it was unlikely to be used much.

I dont drink caffeine so we always purchase water in large quantities but drinking water is supplied via a machine, both hot and ice cold which was convenient and useful. A small charge is made, but it is so nice, not to have to get water from the supermarket that you dont mind this at all! The showers were always hot and we never had a problem ever. Half board was a good option as it allowed a bit of flexibility and we sometimes chose to eat out at the local restaurants suggested by staff. Certainly worth a punt, we will be back in the summer of 2011!
