Bellapais Monastery Village Review - 61 of 65 Reviews

My husband and I got a good deal for Bellapais Monastery Village through gonorthcyprus.com and we were excited to visit. When we arrived we were really blown away by the picturesque location, it's very beautiful up in the mountains with gorgeous views. The atmosphere is relaxed and we were welcomed by the staff. Our room was little dated but this adds to the charm, it was cleaned daily. Food is decent and the desserts are excellent in particular, lots of local cats to stroke! I would suggest hiring a car to get around otherwise it's a long walk into town, there is a courtesy shuttle bus run by the hotel but if you want to travel outside these set times times you'll need a taxi or car. A very relaxing break overall.
