This hotel is fantastic hotel, and a must for all visitors to Kyrenia visit unless your idea of a good time is a 24 hour drinks binge, in which case this may not be your cup of tea. Breakfast [which is available from 6 thirty until 10 o' clock] is served at your table and freshly cooked- eliminating the risk of being served old bacon as is common in many cheaper hotels. The pool is perfect for swimming or just splashing around with the kids in the sunshine

Lunch and dinner time we were served fresh in a similar fashion later in the day, but most of our time was spent eating out. Our wifi works but the speed isn't excellent and in some areas there is too weak a signal for prolonged use. There is no communal TV lounge and the room televisions recieve a selection of local stations plus BBC world Service - so if you need entertaining you'll have to rely on a taxi into Kyrenia.

The trip from Ercan Airport is a very simple scenic route which takes roughly 40 minutes through the Five Fingers Mountain Range. The flight can take anywhere between 4 and 6 hours and our in flight movie wasn't great so pack a good book.

All in all this is a brilliant place to stay. You will probably need to rent a car if you want to explore independently and pack a few supplies for your first day. We would definitely stay there again if we ever return to the region.
