Bella View Hotel Review - 13 of 38 Reviews

Many would often feel that a fair review should be based on the simple question, “would I come back to this hotel?” In the case of our recent visit to Northern Cyprus where we stayed at a place called Bella View, the hotel scored very highly in our opinion and we certainly would be returning at some point! There's a great poolside area that was not only accommodating but also very clean and a place that families would be very happy to allow their children to play. This contributed to the lovely atmosphere and calm but joyful ambience of the Bella View.

We didn't pay an exceptionally high price for our room but this time of year there were a lot of large groups looking to escape from the dreary UK weather. The Bella View was staffed by friendly and approachable staff who went beyond their means to help remedy any situation the guests may have had. This was a lovely relief from a potential language barrier issue which I have personally experienced before in Northern Cyprus. The local town is a harbour town called Kyrenia and it's well worth a walk to explore the restaurants and scenery.

We ate out most evenings but that is no reflection on the Bella View, it was simply a case of our party enjoying a stroll before dinner and finding ourselves near plenty of first rate eateries and restaurants. I'd certainly recommend coming to Kyrenia to anybody and the Bella View is one of the nicest hotels in this area. This is my second visit and I'll be planning a third for Easter 2013 work depending. I will be getting in touch with the Bella View before looking elsewhere whilst booking.

Liked — cleanliness and helpfullness of the staff
Disliked — several very large groups monopolised the restaurant
