We spotted the Altinkaya Holiday Resort on the gonorthcyprus website and thought it was a nice looking hotel with attractive pool area. We booked in and on arrival were impressed by how appealing the hotel looks. The staff were friendly and made us feel at home. Our room was functional and clean but could benefit from a touch up to freshen the look. We slept well in the bed. We stayed on a bed and breakfast basis and found the morning meal sufficiently set us up for each day, we didn't eat in for lunch or tea so can't comment on those meals. There's a diner down the road that seemed popular and plenty of great places to eat in Kyrenia, the hotel runs a convenient shuttle into town a few times a day. All in all a good value, no frills getaway.
