“beach nice, room nice, service awful”
We were recommended this place by a colleague. We arrived and after a long ordeal in which they showed us two rooms (one in the main building and one in a far away building) we finally managed to check in. The front desk staff that was "helping" us barely registered our presence and was more interested in all the Turkish guests who kept interrupting our check in process. Unfortunately, this attitude seemed to be commonplace among all the staff. Their level of English was very low and even if they did understand they didn't seem to care. When we went up for dinner the first night the hostess couldn't speak English either. We asked where we should sit and all she could say in reply was, "Cocktail." We're still not sure what she meant (get a cocktail, free cocktails???), but after she repeated it five times in response to our queries we sat ourselves. Anyway, I would not give this place five stars--it is at most 4 and that would be stretching it. I couldn't even complain at the end because the woman checking me out also didn't speak English very well. Let's just say we won't be returning anytime soon.
