“Shame about the staff”
We went to the Acapulco this january and reckoned the hotel would be just as good as during the summer, but quieter. However, I suspect winter guests like us don't always get the best service. The staff seemed tired and not keen on working too hard, so everything took ages. Checking in after a long flight seemed to drag on for ages, but the hotel room with sea view was clean and comfortable once we got into it!
I don't ever expect much from hotel food on package deals, just as well, the food was boring and pretty tasteless for most of the time. Most of the hotel's restaurants were closed, so we had no choice either. Thank goodness we had a hire car, so we could drive into Kyrenia (many local restaurants were shut).
