Acapulco Beach Club Hotel Review - 104 of 127 Reviews

Overall this was a relaxing holiday in nice surroundings. On the whole the overall site which is extensive was pleasing and well maintained. We stayed in a bungalow so cannot comment or compare to hotel rooms...it was adequate...clean and serviced regularly. Lacking in cupboard and storage space particularly if we had been more than family of three or staying beyond a week. That said the beds were very comfortable and my only gripe would be the rain that came through roof during a thunderstorm directly onto my head. Wasn't really that bothered but staff appearing not to be bothered didn't help. In relation to other comments concerning staff...pool and beachside staff excellent and friendly, animation team fantastic however main hotel and Pine court bar staff lacking in service skills, based n what I saw they would struggle if very busy. Main restaurant served good selection of food but along with others depending on time of eating its could be very busy and am not sure this would be a great experience in high season due to overcrowding. That said you wouldn't starve as there is plenty of good to choose from.. Overall we still had an enjoyable time in nice surroundings with great weather....you don't really need much more
