This is a hotel review for Oscar Resort Hotel in Kyrenia, North Cyprus

“Good location away from the main road”

We had wanted to book Bella Pia but they were full and we are so glad as, like most of the other hotels, it was on the main road through to Kyrenia whereas Oscar Hotel was set back away from the hustle and had sea views and a small beach. It was easy to walk into Kyrenia harbour from the hotel and a taxi was only £3. The hotel staff were very helpful. We just booked bed & breakfast and breakfast on the terrace overlooking the sea was very good. We had a couple of lunches at the hotel but there are plenty of other places to eat. Good find was a small traditional bar & restaurant called the Grapevine which was tucked away next to a garage opposite the Colony hotel.
