“Peaceful, romantic escape”

I surprised my husband with a week away at the Merit Royal Hotel for our first wedding anniversary. I found the hotel on the gonorthcyprus website and was very impressed with the images and reviews. Sure enough, when we arrived we found the hotel stylish, luxurious and impeccably clean. The staff on reception were lovely and we had a very nice, elegant room, furnished beautifully. The food was amazing and we loved the handmade chocolates after dinner! We had a flutter in the casino and enjoyed the spa very much too, my massage was wonderfully relaxing. The gardens are very nice, as is the jetty area, all picturesque and ideal for a romantic escape. The hotel is adults only so it's very quiet and the sleep quality is good. We had a wonderful time!
