We had booked a bungalow for ourselves, 15 year old son & 12 year old daughter but when we arrived at the hotel we were shown to 2 double rooms in different appartment blocks. After a great deal of argument that we were not having the children seperated from us we were given rooms next to each other in the same block. There was no adjoining door & it was still 2 double rooms which we were very unhappy about but we were told it was either that or nothing, & as the children were brother & sister, 'its not a problem for them to share a bed!'. As it was nearly midnight when we arrived we had to make do. This lasted for the whole 2 weeks & several other people had similar problems!

The hotel itself was relatively clean & comfortable, there was a fridge & a kettle in the room but no coffee or milk although there was 2 sachets containing tea bags. Breakfast was included & there was a reasonable selection of food. Although there was an a'la carte menu, the one night that we wanted to eat at the hotel we were told that only the fixed menu was available.

We were really pleased that we didnt choose to go full board as the evening meal menu was very limited & mainly consisted of foods such as fish stew or moussaka with fruit to follow.

The Slide pool wasnt wide enough so if you came down the slides too fast you actually bounced across the water & came out of the pool & one child cut his head open while we were there - there was no supervision other than from parents.

As a place to sleep it was ok.

Disliked — the lack of concern that our booking was wrong
