Savoy Ottoman Palace Hotel Review - 22 of 35 Reviews

When we were booking our hotel we came across Go North Cyprus.com who recommended the Savoy Ottoman Palace as matching our needs. The first thing that we noticed that there were a number of reviews that weren't so good about this place. However, from the moment we got there it seemed as though something had been done to solve the problems, which makes me think that the management of the hotel really sat up and listened to what was being said about them. Listening to the customers is definitely a good place to start when you want to run your own hotel!

As soon as we got there, our car was parked for us in a very safe car park and staff helped us with our bags and checked us in. This process was very speedy, unlike a lot of other hotels which leave you waiting for a long time.

When we got to the room, we were stunned by the décor. No holding back there, but I supposed we should have known that would be the case in a hotel such as this; beautiful. Everything we needed was in the bathroom, and we didn't have to buy anything else for the room during our stay.

The food was good, and there was great choice, especially for people like me who often struggle to find something that they like on a menu. Even at breakfast, you have the choice of telling the staff what you want and the food is then made based on what you have ordered, which I thought was a personal addition.

Everywhere in the town is easy to get to from here, which means that it is an ideal base to stay in during a break. We would recommend this hotel to anybody who is visiting Northern Cyprsu, as we had a fantastic break with everything that we would have needed.
