“Stll our first choice in Gernie”
Our third visit in four years. Overall, the SOP hotel is as welcoming as ever, however have noticed a few changes, perhaps not for the better. The casino is the dominant 'partner', the hotel now appears secondary - the casino has encroached into the ground floor lounge leaving only the pub/bar. The rooms and housing keeping remains of a high standard, however the bathrooms appear a little tired, nothing that cannot be be rectified. Overall, an excellent hotel, close the the centre/harbour. Look forward to our next visit
Liked — Northern Cyprus and the SOP Hotel experience
Disliked — unable to book extra space on flight! only the normal veal 'crate' seating!!
