“more staff needed”
After a shaky start we enjoyed our stay very much. My main concern was that although we booked October 2010 and stated that we wanted to be next to or above our daughter and children we were actually put in the next block - NOT what we wanted! There were empty rooms all around so I think the booking staff do not take on board what people want. All technical problems (ie, key cards did not work many, many times) were seen to fairly quickly but I did not like having our rooms left to be cleaned until late afternoon. Still, this was compensated by the friendly staff, especially Simon who looked after us very well whenever we had a problem. Breakfast excellent, and pools first rate for children. I would recommend this hotel.

Disliked — Hassle of changing rooms the first day - not what we want when you start a holiday
