“A wonderful welcome to North Cyprus”
We booked in at Onar Holiday Village with gonorthcyprus.com for our first visit to the region. We had a lovely little villa surrounded by gardens and found the accommodation comfortable and quiet, if a little tired. Even so, we paid an excellent price so cannot complain! Very courteous and friendly staff greeted us daily and the villa was kept clean. Nice setting away from the road with pleasant scenery of the hills, town below and the sea. We enjoyed the food very much, always fresh, hot and homemade, and the hotel runs a useful bus service so you can get around. It's equally easy to take a taxi if you miss the bus though, and cheap too. I wouldn't recommend walking as it's quite a steep location. Overall a wonderful experience and a great introduction to North Cyprus.
