We were looking for somewhere very secluded and the Oasis seemed to fit the bill perfectly. We booked with GoNorthCyprus, who are specialists in the area, and they were very helpful in providing information and organising our transfers. There are a very small number of rooms here, so it's peaceful and set well away from any hustle and bustle. It's basic but clean and the staff are welcoming. The bay is literally on the doorstep, so you can spend all your time on the uncrowded beach if you like - it's fantastic to have the sand to yourself. There's also an ancient harbour here, which I think dates back to the Roman period. The local area is very nice, wildflowers and greenery all around, ideal for relaxing walks. Also wild donkeys to spot! The restaurant serves up some amazing food with a distinctly Turkish influence, a lot of grilled fish and very generous servings. The Oasis was just what we wanted from our getaway.
