I booked my holiday at malpas expecting a better service,i asked over the phone what the entertainment would be at new year and was told it was fahti urek.when i got to the hotel i was told sorry but your not booked in for that entertainment,i was dissapointed as i had spoke with a lady called deniz previously regarding this.On around the 30th of december i recieved an invatation about the programe of fahti urek in my room 418.I then took it to reception and said look i must have a revervation for the evening,and was told where did you get that from it must have been a mistake.I was dissapointed again.The service to my room was also not as i expected as on 3 occassions i had to keep asking for extra towels as there was 3 of us and was only supplied with 2 which left us having to share.There was also an occassion when i left the sign please make my room,but was totally ignored,i did mention this to reception and was just told sorry.I also did not like the fact that i was not in your main hotel as i booked well in advance and had to walk up and down the hill twice a day.I know for a fact that there was plenty of spaces as i stayed there 9 nights,to me it looks like they were reserved for the guests which were coming for the new year entertaintment.I feel like i was not fairly treated.
