This is a hotel review for Malpas Hotel in Kyrenia, North Cyprus

“Shame about some guests - lack of breeding”

Having been to North Cyprus on more than 30 occasions we are used to their slight exaggerations but to class this hotel as 5 star is extreme - 3 star at best and whislt they cannot control the type of guests they receive, by offering "good deals" they will be inundated with the type of person that should really be holidaying in the likes of Benidorm. Some of the guests this Christmas were ghastly and behaved accordingly spending all day in the bar and leaving their bored children to do whatever they wished. The Hotel also needs to address their lack of vegetarian food options as most days all I was offered were vegetables!!! Having said that the staff are lovely and tried their best to makes sure we were all happy unfortunately they are unable to turn guests away because they are unable to behave correctly in public - mores the pity.
