Lovely hotel, greatest pool ever and rooms great.

On the food side, while it was great, it was very difficult to find cutlery and serviettes and get drinks. There did not seem to be enough staff. They all seemed very harrassed. Therefore every evening we took cutlery and serviettes from other tables and most evenings went without a drink with the meal. Cutlery became a standing joke cos asa you got some and finished one course it was all cleared away so we had to start the same again - taking it all from other tables.

The staff were all great, just not enough in the restaurant.

We arrived very late around 11.30pm on 14 June. Then on 21 June on our departure we were told to get out of our rooms at midday, therefore we did not have the room for one week as paid for which was very inconvenient on the last day, having nowhere private to shower and change clothes. We could have paid extra but why should we when we paid for a week's accommodation.
