This was our latest of a number of visits and we witnessed a definite change both in the level of catering and staff. food was plentiful but cost saving measures were evident. the Executive Chef was conspicuous by his absence and only appeared on our third day - cooking. That is not his job, he should have been front of house ensuring food was of a good quality and replenished as necessary.

The staff gave the impression of being in training and service in the Cocktail Bar was very poor. We were a party of 3 seasoned couples and were accommodated as far away from the main hotel as was possible. Having seen a gradual deterioration in standards over the last 3 years I doubt if we will ever return.
