Just returned from our holiday in Kyrenia, booked a week's break at Bare Hill with GoNorthCyprus.com, very good price inclusive of transfers which was a bonus. Lovely setting with great mountain views and nice rustic touches in the hotel. We stayed in a duplex bungalow which was quite basic but very light and airy, fitted with useful appliances for self catering. We did eat breakfast at the hotel's restaurant a few times though and were very impressed with the standard of cooking and the friendly atmosphere. Very good location, we walked to the beach in around 10 mins and the village is within walking distance too, so you don't need to hire a car unless you want to travel further out. Kyrenia centre is about 15 mins away in a taxi and we really enjoyed sightseeing and experiencing the Cypriot way of life. Really relaxing and a wonderful holiday.
