“Room small, food medioca too many extra's”

This hotel was a great dissapointment and can only gain its 5 star rating based on the facilities rather than the service and food.

Our room was small, there was no seperate shower, only 2 or 3 English speaking programmes on the TV, one of which was BBC entertainment which was a constant repeat of the same programmes, day after day after day. We had to pay extra for the rooms safe deposit box and laptop link-up and even fresh orange juice cost an extra 8 YTL per glass when we were on half-board.

That said the restaurant staff were very good and provided exercellent service on New Years Eve when there were 1640 dining guests.

A dissapointing stay which is unlikely to be repeated
